Embassy suites has the best staff around! They greet you with smiles and are so friendly, even during busy times. The very nice breakfast, especially those omelettes, is a highlight, and the hotel's location offers easy access to downtown dining and the interstate.

Nice location. Suites always nice when with family.
Bed was uncomfortable. Asked staff to remake beds as they were sloppy and dirty upon arrival...only straightened. Disappointing for an Embassy Suites.

100% recommend for a short visit
Comfortable suite, convenient location, with easy access to explore the city and a nice bar/lounge area to unwind after a day of adventures.
Breakfast experience was chaotic and far from ideal.

Bathtub was not thoroughly cleaned throughout, were informed that the vending machine was free unlimited...not so. Was informed that parking was $17 a day unlimited...not so. Everything else was great!

Lance met us on Thursday morning and truly gave us excellent customer service. In addition, so did the food staff for breakfast. When we come next year, we will definitely stay at the Embassy Suites.

The suite was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved lounging by the indoor pool and soaking in the hot tub. Just a heads up, there was a bit of a wait for extra towels, but it didn't overshadow my overall experience. 😊
